PSW

Peachtree Symphonic Winds, Inc. was formed in 2004 as a professional non-profit, 501(c)(3), music ensemble for Atlanta area musicians. PSW is dedicated to the performance of standard as well as new works for the band and chamber ensemble. Its volunteer membership includes community and professional musicians from throughout the metro-Atlanta area.

All members are selected through open auditions throughout the year as vacancies occur. Our feature ensemble is Peachtree Symphonic Winds, which consists entirely of volunteer musicians. Our professional ensembles in-residence include the Peachtree Band of Jazz and Peachtree Consort, chamber wind ensemble.

Mission Statement

Peachtree Symphonic Winds, Inc. and its ensembles strive to enrich the quality of life through the study and performance of quality music. It is our goal to instill in each person we serve a positive sense of self-esteem and lifelong learning through discipline, commitment, and achievement.
